I adore this photo. It looks like one of those old pictures parents keep in their old photo albums that are so precious and wonderful of a kid just being a kid. Wonderful use of bright color and minimal black; it truly warms the picture up you can really feel the summer heat. It definitely sums up summer! And the entire composition appears it could be changed simply by altering the colors or tones, but it’s not necessary just something that could be done if you wanted to get a different feeling out of the photo. The fact that the boy in front and the people in the back are facing inward really draws your eye to the middle of the photo. This is a terrific composition! Really wonderful work!!

Joyous and incredible! Brings you back to the days where we all used to be young and careless in the sand. Definetly has that nostalgic relatable sense and makes you wish you were there, finding sand crabs and digging your feet into the sand. The contrast and coloring is simply enjoyable and bright! The background is a little distracting from the child however, but at the same time it adds a "busy" sense of that summer beach cheer! I love the slight sparkle of the sand just behind the boy, it just makes you feel the heat and want to jump right in the ocean water!
