PANIC! ...NOW! MAYBE... NOT YET?
...new features can be scary

CommentsI love the shape of this, such an unusual shape for the petals of a rose - it's about to bloom! ^^ Very lovely image!

but about the shot itself: i really love that you kept this one simple by just shooting one flower. the colours are really neat and the red really jumps out of the shot. i also like the fact that you kept the other colours, next to the bright red, simple and not over-ruling.
the lighting is perfect and the background doesn't pull any attention away from the lovely flower itself, i like how it's faded
i also like that eventhough some parts of the leaves are faded a bit, you still see the little sharp points on the leaves itself ^^
this shot makes me thing of a cold but beautiful winter
